From CYP, all we really need to know about financingJust these 2 lines from CYP's Dec. 03, 2020 NR, tells us a lot, IMO.
(1) "The Company anticipates the purchasing and assembling of
the pilot plant will proceed upon completion of the scoping study and its outcome." (2) "The Company has engaged NORAM Engineering and Constructors Ltd. (NORAM) and Continental Metallurgical Services Inc. (CMS) for
the study which is expected to be completed in January 2021." IMO, We now have a
Timeline for (financing) & the (start of the pilot plant).
Keep in mind that the whole flowsheet for the extraction process is done. IMO, they're only working on one thing. That's "the use of hydrochloric acid in place of, or in addition to sulfuric acid in the pilot plant."
I say this so we don't think it will be months and months till we start the plant. No. Just less than 2 months, from now, as much as I see it.
IMO, they'll just work through all the combinations and then pick the best one. Put that into the flowsheet. Then shop for pilot plant parts. Put it together. Then start it up. Let it run continuously for about one month. (The one month part is in a CYP NR).
Then CYP will have confirmation of lithium extraction from clay on a commercial scale. (IMO, that's a really BIG thing in the lithium world.)
That increases our value by a lot, when this milestone is put into the negotions, IMO.
