RE:looks to be a lack of financialsHi @Edminnema, the oversight was not factoring in the paperwork of Marianna Naturals on top of Primo's regular annual filing and skeleton crews at our auditors due to covid. This is what unfortunately tipped it towards the delay and subsequential halt. We should be back shortly and are putting pressure where its needed.
