RE:RE:Stephen BrohmanThe guy (SB) who was the CFO at Champignon, when the paper work problems [Halt] around ALTMED happened, is staying on to help the guy (CH) who was the CFO of ALTMED, when the paper work was not properly [Halt] completed, is now the interim CFO at Chamipgnon.  In the meantime Champignon is just now starting to look for a permanent CFO?  And they say that the priorty NOW -after many months [Halt] - is to get the paperwork done.

Is this an accurate description of the situation?
