Coincidental?

Coincidental?Seeking alpha had one of their writers do a review on DN a week ago. Similar article out on Auxly now..Same author. Their equity raises were structured in a really similar way relative to market cap and also done one week apart. Wonder if they are the third player if a merger goes down. Would be interesting to see how a deal would be structured since we are so undervalued..bet we'd get a nice premium. Maybe that's why John's always throwing around the word arbitrage.. ah its prob all just a coincidence...
