They file on SEDAR because they aren't true insiders. It's just an investment. If they filed on SEDI, they would likely be subject to the blackout.

I'm disappointed they are selling but not too surprised. It could be because they are too concentrated. It could be because they were helping another fund build a position. It could be because they see a better opportunity elsewhere. It could be they are trading it like the most of the board seems to do.
