RE:RE:RE:New Agoracom interview with PGMazz45 wrote: All I can say is this was a great interview and it further reaffirms my position and why I started buying into KNR. It also opened my eyes to addressable markets. Adding commercial buildings as a large interest group is crazy as that IMO is where volume orders can get VERY big. There is big money in commmercial real estate.
Once the first one goes, everyone else will be trying to catch up so they can differentiate themselves. Forget all the other industries, the market opportunity in corporate real estate is massive.
We need some analysts to start coming out with addressable market size and percentage market penetration estimates. I think each time we sell into a new market segment like commercial real estate, fast food chains, rail, public transport, etc the market opportunity and addressable market just grows. Once you start modeling market penetration percentages to each addressable market, it's crazy! And this is global!!
I am not selling a single share anytime soon.
Same goes for me. Very much enjoyed what Paul G had to say & looking forward to the ' bigger picture ' on Dec. 17.
Concerning selling any of my position in knr, until further notice is zero & is Not negotiable. The future as I see it, will be tremendous for all Long, patient shareholders of KNR.
Timely/successful biz execution is KNR's strength as seen in their news releases.
Their 4 biz verticals ensure a bright future for their clients, customers & shareholders alike, globally. What's not to like with that in mind ? !
Best wishes to All, good health,
Sincerely,
