Sneak peek into the Dec 14th meeting (Sage Ranch)...

Sneak peek into the Dec 14th meeting (Sage Ranch)...I have obtained the agenda for the Tehachapi Planning Commission's Dec 14th meeting.

Unfortunately it looks like Sage Ranch will not be discussed.

There is also no mention of another extension filing for the enviromental report. I believe there is still another month or so left on the current extension so maybe the report is imminent.

It seems that we will need to wait a little while longer for the Planning Commission's approval.

I'm sure Jeff knows a bit  more and could correct me if these findings are erroneous.
