Sorry but Vale New Caledonia is not shutdown since 2017 and was running (running with expensive technical problems) until the riots from yesterday.

It will not restart anytime soon.

There is also at least another Ni Plant that is shutdown due to the riots in NC, I think the name of the Plant is Le Nickel.
