RE:Brooks City 14M Lite Access Currently trading at its 52Week low and still working away. It was trading at 60 cents 1 month ago. If this opportunity doesn't ring a "BUY" flag than perhaps Bank stocks are best suited for you. Grossly oversold. I'm not going to forecast a true value but it's not 16 cents. This would be a good time to average down for anyone with a heavy float.
