RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Finally At the end of the day both options get you to the same place fortunately, the consolidation route just gives you a nearer term boost in share valuation. 

Management definitely sounded confident around how advanced they were with off-take and financing, which makes sense given how advanced the project is. It also makes sense when you listen to peers like NLC, who were courted by CATL, and have publically said they had many other large players who want/wanted to be involved with them. It has to be similar for BRZ/LPI/MSB given both are high quality, large, and advanced projects. BRZ/LPI/MSB might even have the advantage given their project is in Chile vs. Argentina.

I think the first half of next year (maybe even first quarter) will be very exciting from an announcement standpoint.
