RE:Lets stay positive!

There is Royal Fork Buffet and Joey's Seafood restaurant in the same parking lot. Plus a dollar store, grocery store, bank, Starbucks petstore and so much more in that area. Tons of traffic, both foot and automobile that would have normally "had" to go to the compition down the street, Lagimodire, and having to cross the busiest intersection in Winnipeg! Down the street from my favourite sushi place too! Magic sushi... So many apartments, old and new in the area that are easy walking distance. Great location!!! Best yet!
