I don't think there is a higher traffic corner in Manitoba.  I think it may be located in the same strip as the Starbucks and Ceasar's Pizza.  PIck-up a cup of joe, a pie, and some buds all within a few steps.

Awesomest location yet imo!  Very high profile...
