RE:FML

RE:FMLIts a bleak outlook for the sector and for THC but hope remains. Our dried flower sales should increase with the great prices and new branding but the margins will likely be nil. So just based on dried sales we should see a relatively steady or growing amount of sales with little to no margin and overall losses of 300 000 to 400 000$ per quarter. Over the course of the next year we need to get 2.0 sales to cover those losses which is a tall order but not impossible. With the available market data it looks to me like a 10 percent share in the gummy market in BC and Ont looks to be about 400 000$ wholesale and looking at other mature markets, edibles and gummies in particular are set to be the fastest growing sales category. There are 20 gummy offerings in Ot and 30 in BC so I figure if we have the cheapest product in the category and they work as well as the rest, we should easily be able to capture 10% of that market. Beverage sales are low in Canada and still a very small portion of total sales in mature markets so as cool as KISS is, I actually think that we can gain more share with gummies more than KISS. Just my thoughts. Nom nom nom, blah blah blah, release the gummy Miller and don't f1ck up production or branding! This is our last chance
