Reminder: Dec 7th Letter to FOMB

A reminder that FOMB is called to respond to a letter no later than December 21st 2020 (Monday) sent by the Committee Of Natural Resources.

This letter raises a number of questions. Question focusing on delays, project size, and financial management. Questions which should prove beneficial to GRB imo.
