Not sure about the Sprott view, however one thing for sure to keep in mind. This management team had a company with a miniscule market cap and were just another junior. Those type of companies do not have tier 1 management teams. Then a companies fortunes turn and they still have the "tier 3" management people. Sprott wants to build out company with a market cap of $500MUSD to $1B USD plus then you need top quality management. I agree on the press releases and the timing.
Karora (formerly RNC) which is another ES holding had a similar story. They hit the fathers day vien however had a very weak CEO. They made the changes and now it is in good shape.
Having said that, lets give them a bit of slack. Let them drill it out since it does not make any difference who management is or how you write PR's if you do not have the goods. FVL has the goods. Time is patience. GLTA
