RE:SHARE CONSOLIDATION
Main Reasons I voted no on consolidation.
- the passing of the vote could lead the board to their discretion on the ratio of shares, without shareholder input as its a blank statement 
- the meeting circular is loaded with salary justification and methods to pursue compensation.  BUT
The board recommends voting for consolidation but but no reason why? Pro’s Con’s 
Leaves me to say no info “No” vote
