RE:He's baaaack.....So one needs to figure out where george mislead investors, in order for charges to be laid . One could say that it was.... not telling investors that only 3 rooms were licensed when portraying a fully licensed facility . Could it be .... ramping up production ? When George's ramping up production was different than our own . Yes he did mention full production by mid summer when he didn't have a full license . Does this represent misleading /fraud ? How about the money that was going to be raised by biocare in consulting fees , which seems to had generated none , except we don't have the financials to back that up . Even though they signed the deal in Sept. And the deal was cancelled in Nov. What about the lost money in the MOU's , some of it went into George's agripharma . Wasn't the company owed to get that money back ? What about George lying about bloomera , that they were operatingvthe facility remotely , when in fact that they were locked out? Can one prove that georges fabricated story about an App , was real and that it was worth 5 million dollars was in the best interest of the company or a way to siphon money out of the company ? No financial records , one can't know what happened to the companies under Ravenquest umbrella. Elephant extracts ect . George might not have sold any of his shares , but what about family and friends ? They were emoyees and should of been under the same regulations. Hence .. george knowing about the pending lawsuit , months earlier than when investors found out, is there something there ? Especially since it was never disclosed that george bought under his CL2G Company , which he later sold to RavenQuest , 2 machines from rotogro . Which is the same company filing a patent infringement lawsuit against RavenQuest , which disamated the stock price . Was it george telling investors everything is good , while not paying rent in the facilities that were suppose to be growing , so that it could sell product to wayland group , which george told all the investors , that the contract was still good with them , that they were going to buy everything in 2019 . What happened to all the weed that should of been grown out of the bloomera facility ? Why did ravenquest not sue bonify for the $1 million dollars it said that it was owed for running that company ? Was there a side deal ? Seems suspicious, since RQB needed money . Isn't there some law broken for not providing financials ? How about the dealings with a known corrupt entity in regards to the supposed APP ? Hmmm I really wonder if any government agency would take the time to really see what went on. Its not as simple as george would like you to believe . There was an over supply , so it didn't make sense to grow . Well , George told investors that RQB had the lowest cost per gram , so if other companies could survive selling weed , why not RQB ? Did RQB own rights to the microbes ? Or was there a contract in place that RQB had rights on them for a certain amount of time ? Shouldn't this be disclosed at this time ? Is it normal for a company at one time , that was valued at more than 100 million dollars , go down in flames and no one investigates it for investor fraud ? Really?
