It's hard to get inside the head of such a narcissistic sociopath but if my peak into evil is correct, I expect his currently outrageous treasonous behavior has ulterior motives. He ALWAYS has ulterior motives. He is going to negotiate, privately or publicly, "for the sake of the country" an immunity package for himself and his family. Federal and state level. Not even a parking ticket.
