Questions about FSX employees !

Does FSX - really have any ? - any boots on the ground active geologists, site supervisors, core shack people, any labourers/general "gofers" OR are all drillers etc actually contractor employees supervised and paid by a third party business and is it the same situation in drill core handling ? ---- I am sure someone out there has an answer !
