RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:ALEAFIA SOUTH AFRICAThis is where things get complicated. Explain the mathematics to me. f I'm up and down off the couch grabbing snacks in between my hourly mega meals, would it not essentially offset my potential calorie count, thus reducing my mid-week BMI addtion?
