Thank you for the response - I'm happy with the figures Savin - you are a magician with the numbers - thanks - so I'm guessing with $635 K out - we are probably good on Beech - transaction honoured ! Great - and I believe that Motton, Lewins and Kirwin have field credentials - love that kind of expertise ! However a vague PR saying " further explanation at Beechworth indicated" would be positive !
