FISHER, the total HVAC that Enerzone sold to EVE for their 6 drying rooms was about $75,000. It was a simple sell/buy by invoice transaction. No shares involved.

Without Enerzone's HVAC units, EVE would not have been ready or passed the EU GMP inspection that occurred less than 3 weeks after I became aware of the drying room problem they had.

Enerzone was paid in full by cheque...again no shares.

Enerzone had to hold up the delivery of the final parts to drying rooms 4/5/6 in order to get paid. The account was well past due.

EU GMP inspected drying rooms 1/2/3 and gave EVE its OK...just 2-3 weeks after Enerzone first heard EVE had not ordered the equipment in time from another firm that had quoted them several months earlier.

I have never heard of "Davidson"...whoever that is.
