Its Antler area is over 200 km southeast of Regina in southeast Saskatchewan.

The main issue with Quebec's Oil & Gas Ministry is the fact that they haven't got a clue , nada, about the Oil & Gas Industry, especially ;, wellsite, downhole , pipeline & processing opern's .

So , my reply for extending the current cummalitive " 12 year Moratorium " Is simply" NO, & Horse C...K ,They've timed out , & it's no more nice guy ... It's Time for" Qec " To play HARD BALL !!
