thqts not what it says as you put it...
what it tells shareholders is that bioasis sat around, wasted 9 years amd blew millions while they all got a cheque every month amd rolled shareholders over for that time frame.
only now after all of that did they decide to partner up after many many years of never Liscencing out they way they " planned"
bad management for these years and there is no other reason plain and simple

many people here would agree with me but not publicly 

well... here's to another 9 years I guess...
