Another point is that they are looking to finish their pilot plant for the "battery grade" (i am not sure if this was for the graphene or the actual "paste"). If you look at this link that was done to demonstrate the safety of graphene (grapheneblack was used exclusively) the say that the particles had much higher carbon content and less oxygen than the spec sheet https://res.mdpi.com/d_attachment/crystals/crystals-10-00718/article_deploy/crystals-10-00718.pdf so it is really hard to say one thing or the other here, but i stand corrected that this was more than a rebranding.
