RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:How many more quarters are you giving this?If I recall correctly there is an additional payment based on certain performance targets. But that is correct. As a director he has to file an opening position. Maybe an oversight on his part but it would be bushleague orientation if nobody told him about Canadian regulatory requirements. Not impressed by the board so far.
