RE:RE:Low Ball Buyout!MBT123 you've certainly got an axe to grind with the company as it shows in spades in your posts.
I'll take the high road here without shaming you further (oops, I guess I didn't take the high road after all ;) on your ignorance and inability to connect the dots ...
We have some retired guy with zero medical background zero financial connections zero clout in the PR industry spewing his opinion which also has zero valadation as he has no background in anything related too this or the markets in general
Hmm, all successful companies that I know have a very diverse BOD. Let's take for example Home Depot (perhaps you might even be a stock clerk or janitor there but I digress). Does Mr. Arpey have any experience in retail - last time I checked HD wasn't selling airplanes? Not from his resume and yet he has been on the BOD for 5 years: Mr. Arpey has been a partner in Emerald Creek Group, LLC, a private equity firm based in Southern California, since 2012. Prior to his retirement in November 2011, Mr. Arpey served as Chief Executive Officer of AMR Corporation, a global airline holding company, and its subsidiary American Airlines, from 2003 through November 2011, immediately prior to their voluntary filing for reorganization under Chapter 11 of the U.S. Bankruptcy Code. From 2004 through November 2011, he was also Chairman of the AMR Board of Directors. Mr. Arpey previously served as American Airlines’ President and Chief Operating Officer, Senior Vice President of Finance and Planning, and Chief Financial Officer.
You see, talent comes in many forms.
I think it's obvious Mr. Hemeon doesn't have a biotech background but can you say with authority that he does not have financial connections? or clout in the PR industry? I don't think you know that or can say that but that won't stop you from spreading FUD ;)
There's reason(s) he was appointed to the Board.
Let me give you one that your (lack of) intellect might not have thought of. If at some point a pharma approaches us with a buyout offer for the company, who best to help decide if it is a fair offer than someone who is a long time and substantial shareholder.
When I have more time I'll rip to shreds the rest of your weak accusations (that you've already posted or will post in the future).
