We know you don't deal in facts.  I voted tens of thousands of shares "no" and SOL has not released the meeting vote. 

Most bizarrely, you seem downright exuberant that you're about to see the interim, part-time insiders take money from your pocket.  And that's after the interim CEO received a $7 million+ cash bouns in 2019.  We already knew you are peverse and strange.
