Jwal. Comment Big shareholders like "elgin1" are getting nervous that Dr. Toleikis won't get the job done as the three months extension time bomb is ticking away. Dirty Harry would ask "Do You Feel Lucky?"... see movie clips... Jwal,
You are so emotionally involved with this company , you do not look at the potential risks associated with it. You do not understand the dynamics of investments. In order for an investment to succeed you need three things.
1) Asset - it could be an idea, business, mine , ip , oil field , digital idea, product etc , in our case the pouch . Disruptive technolgy .
2) Timing . This is important . Timing in a cycle is critical. Commodities follow cycles. Crytocurrencies and biotechnology are in favour now . We have a bull market. If you introduce something in a bear market , or at the cycle low or say when the competitor Siligon or Viacyte already have something in the market, your investment is going to fail.
3) Management . This is the most important part . If you have an excellemy asset ( the pouch) and timing ( we are the leaders in the field with the most advanced clinical Fda trials) and management fails to execute, your investment is going to fail or not achieve its maximum return . Management is weak , look at their track record. I look at this investment objectively . Bioteck has valid points . It is critical for management to deliver . I am not nervous and have vast amount of experience in this field and management is the weakest link imo.Management hopefully pulls this through. Go ahead ask all the longtime investors in this board and ask them if they think you are right and I am being unreasonably critical of management .
Btw your requirement to list on Nasdaq are incorrect . Most ipos companies are not profitable . Do you know what Nasdaq even stands for
“? National Association of Securities Dealers Automated Quotations”.
