RE: Focus
Integrity? Absurd? Honesty?
Are these issues that we should consider? Is this slandering?
What comes First?
1. Personal wealth of the founder.
2. The entreprenuerial dream of being another Bill Gates?
At whose expense? Shareholders who fund the company????
What have we seen?
-of the original group of 5 at Cell-Loc, one has fallen: David Howard, CFO, sold over 90% of his shares in the double digits to 6.50 prior to and during the time period of his conference with MF, reiterating the successful meeting of expectation with the public, meanwhile CIBC reiterated a "Strong buy" to the public
-"creative financing" with investment houses that was not equitable with the public, but that got MF personally off the hook, and benefitted the shorting community.
-the "NO DEAL, Deal" that took place, as many investment houses cashed out immediately based on the business accounting of taking profits guaranteed first, at the expense of existing and new shareholders.
-posssible distancing of MF to a technical role vs exec assistant etc.???
-the considerations continue? A poster in the process of legal proceedings, questionable ethics of CEO in other companies where fraud has been proven as precedent.
These are only hints, actions, clues as to whether any one man would break in the context of financial burdens.
Maybe some of you know MF and can sleep not questioning at all his integrity in these tough times when we stare bankruptcy in the face, avoided only by our shareholder contribution...BUT this can only be answered over time. Yes time, time, time, let's hope we don't enter questions of integrity. Those who avoided it most, if catastrophy occurs, are most to scream later.
I believe all all issues must be examined, one of which is, in fact, ethics, when our money is at stake.
