C3 Metals Inc. is a Canada-based mineral exploration company focused on discovery and development of copper and gold deposits. The Company's projects are located in Jamaica and Peru. In Peru, its Jasperoide Project covers approximately 30,000 hectares, which is located in the prolific high-grade Andahuaylas-Yauri Porphyry-Skarn belt of Southern Peru. At Jasperoide, the Company has identified over 15 skarn prospects and an outcropping porphyry system over two parallel 28 km belts. In Jamaica, the Company's projects include Bellas Gate, Arthurs Seat, Super Block and Hungry Gully. The Company is exploring in Jamaica where it has identified 16 porphyry, 40 epithermal and multiple volcanic redbed copper prospects over a 30 km strike extent. The Company holds a 100% interest in 17,855 hectares of exploration licenses and a 50% interest in 9,870 hectares in a joint venture with Geophsyx Jamaica Ltd. It also holds a 2% net smelter return royalty on Cascade Copper Corp.'s Rogers Creek project.

Many traders have bought these shares fo 2 or 3 cents and are taking profit, $960,000 worth. New investors now hold those shares that they paid .08. Once profit taking is complete share price will move up. This will happen all the way up as weak hands cash out.

I agree they have issued alot of shares.However 21% of those shares belong to insiders and 10% stake holders... This is a decent amount for a mining stock.When we compare to a WM for instance with 788,499,699 shares out.....that has not stopped their rise the last couple years.

If they find something.....price will go up....that is all that matters
