I see it differently , I think the buying is being done from the outside entity( or whoever is coming up with the cheap financing) in order to have the " possibility of control " over the family ... I believe that the family came up with this idea in order to be able to tell the investing community that the family no longer controls the voting " if X amount of votes " is added up ... basically saying the family " can lose control " of the comapny if X ,Y, Z are added up ... a first step to the family making the bomber a publically traded company without the total control they have had in the past ...in reality they would still control the comapny through the added players who bought up enough voters in order to help the family keep the control unofficially ...win/win for everyone because there is always the possibilty that the family gets out-voted,  but not really . It seems a little far fetched but that would be the only reason why the family is still all smiles even though their shares are in the gutter while the rest of the market is on fire ... something is brewing for sure ... GLTA

As we have seen, the shares were trading at 30-50 cents for months...
Could that have been used by some entitities to accumulate B shares that when combined with the 10-1 voting rights that have been accumulated by buying A shares may just be enough to tilt the pendulum agains the family ??
IMO somehting is in the works that may comincide with the conclusion of the Alstom deal.
maybe just speculuation at best.

If that divergence stays as is...something is coming up whre that voting leverage will be used ...by whom is the question !!
