Woulfe’s properties are located in Gangwon Province, Republic of Korea. The Woulfe's operations relate primarily to the exploration, evaluation and development of the Sangdong Project.

As someone previously stated on here there are many unknowns. How many shares (how much control) will Plansee have after the share swap with Lewis is done? What price is it being done at? Did Lewis give the compay away? Doubtful of course.

It could be that Lewis will be participating in the $14 Mil raise, essentilly retaining his position but raising his cost basis, but who knows. . . We'll be finding out eventually
