I agree with you that they're lagging the tech names right now (and for good reason) but I don't see it as a problem. I invest in Brookfield primarily for their specific assets and secondly for the asset management business. It just happened that this asset class is in a lot of trouble due to the pandemic but it's the assets I chose to be in and I believe that Brookfield manages them well.
