 Y'all have to love the #s. 38.3M shares o/s, with approx 40% Insiders share holdings, thus leaving a ' float ' ? !  of approx 23M shares. The million question is really how many shares are truly floating about looking for a permanent, happy home. Not many, I bet.

 Fully diluted is approx 41M shares.

 Concerning the uplisting to both the TSX & Nasdaq, Paul G has stated all along that the biz execution/success will drive the shares to a higher listing. He did say too, very close to seeing the biz driving us to those same listings.

  IMO another milestone will be hit, sooner than expected.
