You CLEARLY do not understand R&D. It means research and development. We're at the end of that with this Decembers news. We still will not have contracts because our nano silicon is so important that a contract would restrain our profits. Little rocket boy you do not understand something this simple so I know you haven't done your research son. Sit down, shut up and watch.
