So now we're on purpose injecting stuff into our cells to take over our cells and make our cells make proteins (similar or identical to the viral spikes) which our bodies will see as foreign and then our bodies will launch an immune response to these foreign proteins. Hopefully there won't be any cross reactivity to our own antigen "spikes" on our own cells which would result in an autoimmune reaction with who knows what end result. What if our immune system recognizes the viral protein as foreign just as it's leaving the cell which produced it? Could that be a problem?
