RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Lawsuit

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:LawsuitYes, this is the lawsuit I was alluding to. I almost stated in my original post that I'm not a 'basher,' but figured that any vaguely critical comment would cause the hysterical accustation anyway.

For the record, I am really excited about GROW's tech, and recent sales that skip the feasability stage are very encouraging. It's because I like the tech that the legal issues around a non-compete clause worry me (though, admittedly, I had forgotten that the lawsuit wasn't really about the tech itself). The bolded statement shared above is also a good sign, but if anyone has further information about the legal proceedings I'd love to see it.

I've been with this company since before the name change and I'm not likely to bail. I hope that all of us who have invested in this game-changing technology are rewarded.
