Yep: December 24th deadline...and the track record makes it increasingly likely:

Q3 Financials: Defaulted (blamed COVID)
Q4 and FY Financials: Defaulted two months ago! (COVID and new auditors)
Q1 2021 Financials: Defaulted

This forced them into a Management Cease Trade Order by the Securities Regulators.  They needed to file biweekly status updates:

Nov 10th: Nothing material...and will file Q4/FY by November 27th!

Nov 24th: Missed filing - filed a week late, and said "Oops, we actually WON't file by Nov 27th, because we cannot provide what the auditors are asking for" (WOW!!!  Seriously??)

December 8th: Missed filing biweekly...still nothing.

By my count, they have missed FIVE filing they committed to in just the last few months!

Why would we believe they'll file this one on time?  Because they care about staying out of a FULL HALT OF TRADING?

Fat chance!
