Sideways till the news is shared

Seems like this is going to oscillate sideways in the range of 95 cents to $1.15 till some breaking news is shared on the HC status. Status quo remains and any major upward or downward swing is primarily news based at this moment.
Would we see $1.5 in the days ahead or $0.76 in the short term? Vix is really high and I guess vol is going to be the deciding factor. Today I see a good support at $1.
