To be a player in the COVID vaccine space, you need to be a real player to get the attention of the USAMRIID, they just don't open up their department to wannabee's,

VAXIL must have the potential to go forward for the company to look and inspect it closely, if and when USAMRIID confirms the VACCINE, this will gets the eyes of the USA government and huge contracts will follow
