RE:RE:RE:RE:DRONE DELIVERY CANADA ANNOUNCES LETTER OF INTENT WITH IDP GR Absolutely I'd add more on a dip. In my opinion and experience, LOIs and great news relating to productivity, execution, momentum and intentions for deals are what I call "spring loading" or setting up the compression for a justified share price rise and higher multiple. Larger investors may wait till the dollars actually role in but spring loading news keeps them in play and invested. Sometimes that spring releases too fast to catch the action so, to me at least, having a position now and holding for that event is the wise move. Shorting just compresses that spring makes the upside release more violent. When I load up, I don't worry about the pennies or short term price movements. I always look ahead, sometimes father than most are willing to look.
(One more thing, it helps to know your plan after the release. At what point do you trim etc... If anyone is interested, more on that later. One hint I use is to set what I think a reasonable price based on a multiple of earnings I can foresee or a potential buy out price and break that up into tranches of sales on the way up and a core position I would "never" release. Always have a plan. It's hard to think when the adrenaline hits.)
