To be honest , IPL's same petro-chemical project just down the road a few kilo's , is just in the midst of construction cost over-runs and still without a partner that they are trying to find.
You don't think that Pembina wasn't watching closely the mistakes that IPL is making on that same feedstock project?
As a SH , I'm glad that PPL pulled the pin on that project.
