RE:RE:RE:RE:News!Sounds like a fairly congenial negotiation. From a distance, it appears to me that the seller has a lot of power. With silver prices higher than when the original deal was struck, I would expect the seller to drive a hard bargain and force them to painful terms. I suppose the experienced financing partner is a helpful "Adult in the Room" to make sure that they don't agree to anything too egregious.
