It's a GREAT thing. We are out of limbo and moving forward with a partner who owns 13% of our stock and can help us finance our share of development. The Purchase price of US $300 million works out to a value of Cdn $1.69 / sh for our 50% interest. So you are getting all the NV, Hasaga and Mexico properties for about 80c /share. It's a steal.
