What is the salary of Juan Gavidia?
As the Chief Executive Officer of Orvana Minerals, the total compensation of Juan Gavidia at Orvana Minerals is CAD$1,144,660. There are no executives at Orvana Minerals getting paid more.
oh, one last thing tonight, what do Alan Edwards, Gordon Pridham, Edward Guimaraes, Binh Vu, Sara Magner, Nuria Menendez, and Alfredo Gonzalez all have in common :
...................................
Tough one I know, they all own 0 common shares of Orvana stock , NADA , ZILCH .
Says it all....IMHO

So is it OPEN HUNTING SEASON FOR CEO COMPENSATION???!!! So what if the CEO makes $1.1 million CAD? It seems to me that Gavidia earned his keep by reducing corporate overhead: Salaries, Director fees, and other corporate costs by $664,000 USD from 2019 to 2020.
And furthermore taking the long view back in 2013 corporate overhead was at $8.385 million USD or 5.1 percent of total revenue, and that figure has come down to $2.971 million USD or 2.9 percent of total revenue! So the fact of the matter is that Orvana is lean and mean today compared to the Winship, Dimitrov, and Gilbert eras,
And it is untrue that Orvana insiders hold no Orvana shares. CEO Gavidia purchased 635,400 shares back in March 2020 at the COVID lows at 10 to 12 cents per share, and he also holds 5.84 million shares in restricted shares.
All of the directors, and top brass own either deferred shares or restricted shares of Orvana in amounts ranging from 700,000 shares to 2.5 million shares, and all of these insiders have been accumulating shares, and guess what? Nobody is selling! That tells you all you need to know!
