RE:Zimtu finally reported their share dump on SEDIhdawgz1: You are a day trader with a day trader mentality. You are evil and see, evil every where. Your motives are suspect and you see suspect motives every where. Yes !!! Zimtu sold shares and this has been done in the past. In the past Zimtu has reinvested the money received from share sale. I take, the large sale by Zimtu, to mean that a PP is coming. Surprise !!! Surprise !!!
GOOD LUCK TO ALL INVESTORS.
PS How can Zimtu sell, when the price is high as they did at 35 cents? If they sell when the price is going higher and they have no knowledge as to how high or what is causing the rise in the price. Zimtu is thus not using insider information to make the sell decision. The sale is entirely legal.
How can Daivd Hodge make the recent sales he did and it is legal? David Hodge knew that the stock price was not going down, and thus is selling against insider information and is legal. Also note: The sales by Zimtu and David Hodge are profitable but not at maximum profit !!!!!!!!
Is David Hodge a incompetent trader? NO !!! He is just following the rules !!! Since David Hodge is following the rules but doing unpopular trades, maybe, just maybe, He has very good reasons for doing these trades which are beneficial to Zimtu and share holders.
The Number 1 objective of management is the success of the company they manage. This is true even if the methods are unusual.
GOOD LUCK TO ALL INVESTORS.
