yup, the final Barry fishman (failed CEO)will soon rape the company of even more shares on the way out... as one final Fack you to the shareholders.  He can add that, to the 1.5million in Salary and 700,000+ FREE shares he already gladly took while taking the stock from 1.89 to 0.135.  Nice little retirement bonus coming though right barry!  one final steal pending.
