Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

Simon Wins, We Lose

Simon Wins, We LoseSimon is most likely receiving a huge pay increase as he takes over as CEO of the combined companies. Aphria shareholders like you and I? We get valued at a discount to Tilray, couldn't even do 1:1. To make things worse, if you own CDN Aphria shares the conversion rate isn't even the .83:1 that is stated in the NR, it's 30% lower to account for CDN USD exchange. We lose Greedy Simon wins. What a joke.
