RE:RE:Non-delivery and zero credibilityI can't say I know what is transpiring behind the closed doors at MMV, but I do know that negotiations can take a life of their own. This is particularly true when multiple groups are part of the negotiation. Offers are made with time lines for agreement, then counter offers are made in response with ammended timelines. And so it ain't over till its over.
Any prior commitments made by managment as to the timeline for future announcements must be taken with some reservation by investors under these circumstances. That is not to say that they were misleading, it was based on the circumstances/expectations at that time
So give them some slack and allow them to get us the best deal, without this added pressure
